    Week 1

    This proposal is based upon our Discovery Call meeting and how I can best help your brand. Read it over, and ensure we're all aligned. If you disagree with anything, I'm happy to get on a call to discuss.

  • 2. Contract Signing

    Week 1

    The boring contract step, required so all parties are protected in the event of disagreement or needed pivots. It keeps it clear what the expectations are from both parties.

    Down payment of 50% due here

  • 3. Logo Refresh + Revisions

    Week 2-4

    The refresh will start here, I'll go back and take your current logo with the tower, and create new concepts while retaining the original message

  • 4. Website Structure

    Week 4-5

    This serves as the foundation of the website, understanding all of the content and layouts. We'll meet on structure before development begins.

  • 5. Website Dev

    Week 5-8

    This will serve as the main chunk of time learning and developing your website. We'll integrate your CRM software.

  • 6. Testing & Feedback

    Week 8-9

    We'll test all aspects of the website, any feedback provided for changes to be made. Ensure the CRM is connected and working well.

  • 7. Final Revisions

    Week 9

    Comb through the website with a fine tooth comb, looking at every link, form, button, detail that could be wrong. Any last changes, this will be it.

  • 8. Project Launch + Final Payment

    Week 10

    The exciting final day when the website is live, links are tested, CRM is connected, and providers and families can be united.

Approvals

Having swift feedback and approvals on visuals and milestones will help keep us on track for completion.

Content Supply

Ensuring we have the proper content ready ahead of time will reduce need to go back and redo work. Let’s have text, images and anything else needed.

Communication

Keeping open communication will again allow us to work together as a team to push through projects. Video calls, and being available for meetings will keep us on track.
